We regularly host some of the leading businesses from across Gloucestershire & The UK, with a number of spaces available to hire for corporate events, business lunches, meetings, networking events and workshops, over three floors, with the latest AV equipment, projector and large screens as well as catering and drinks packages.

Business Lunches & Private Meetings
10 – 40 guests

Lunch tends to be served in our mezzanine restaurant, although our speakeasy basement bar has become a popular space for smaller lunches. We can provide buffet lunches from typically £8-£15 per guest or a la carte options from typically £10-£20 per guest, with full use of the latest AV equipment, projector and big screens. Each floor has its own private bar and seating areas. 

Networking Mornings (from 06:30am)
40 – 100 guests

Networking mornings start with tea, coffee and juices on our ground floor, with guests then able to head upstairs to our mezzanine restaurant for breakfast; either sit down or buffet style. Full use of audio visual system for presentations.

Up to 20 guests 

Our speakeasy space, Croft & Jones Trading Co, is a very popular choice for workshops. With quirky surroundings, the space is completely private and is the perfect space for a workshop with seating around a large screen and the latest AV equipment. Catering options also available. Corporate Parties & Events
Up to 250 guests

The Clarence Social is a popular venue for corporate parties – from launches and aniivarary parties to office Christmas and Summer parties. There are many spaces available to hire from our basement speakeasy bar, ground floor bar or mezzanine floor. Alternatively, for large parties of up to 250 people, the entire venue is available to hire. 

We have a number of options available from bespoke catering and drinks options with minimum spends to bar tabs, drinks tokens for staff, canapés and bowl food or sit down meals from our a la carte menus.
